Amadeus Home Music School complaint by Loveness

On 4/10/08, i was supposed to meet with my teacher about the organ. We usually text each other, I didn't receive the text sent about us meeting(we've been constantly cancelling due to our busy schedules) when i told him i made other plans since i did not hear from him he got mad and started yelling that Thursdays were no longer good for him and how he was going to charge me for not showing up. At this point I was too mad to complain because i ended up going to a meeting. I said charge me if you want I dont care because I didnt get a text at all. Mind you I was not trying to say he did not send the text, I just never got it. On, 4/11/08 i left a message on the schools voicemail to please call back because I had a concern and no one attempted to call back. The 877 call operator gave me some # and when the person answered they didnt even saw it was Amedus School they just answered like it was their private phone. Right now I am not pleased with any of these people and I strongly urge anyone booking for these types of classes to make sure you have proper documentation and someone you can talk to when you have a problem. Everything was smooth for the past 8 weeks worth of lessons and now I am wondering what in the world did I get into. Now I have no instructor and I am not happy that my money is wasted nor do i appreciate the disrespect from my instructor. You maybe a good musician, but as a teacher not good at all especially to a person that forgot how to play the piano
